Description

The balcony road D2 leads from Gréolières over the Pas de Tous Vents (1052) to Les Gleirettes. The first half of the approximately 7 km long route goes thereby ascending on the south side of the Montagne du Chairon (1770). Here the road, the Clue de Gréolières, is cut out of the steep rock and offers curves, tunnels, rock overhangs and a good view to the south into the valley of Gréolières. The road is well maintained and easy to drive. The road is located in the region of Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur and there in the department of Alpes Maritimes / Maritime Alps.

This route belongs to the so-called "French Balcony Roads".
